Leah Haddad
Coming from Seattle, Leah was raised in a family of entrepreneurs and owned her first company at 18.
Real Estate was a family business, as the 3rd generation stepping into the industry she had a unique insight of seeing the benefits of creating income and lifestyle as well as experiencing the impact of economic shifts on the industry.

Having experienced business ownership at a young age Leah grew up rooted in the belief that she could do anything she set her mind to.
​
At 22, she dropped out of college after working for several years as a barista, realizing she could own the company instead of work for it; She could buy back her time and develop ownership of her income.
​
Just a year and a half later, she had 3 shops up and running. Needless to say she absolutely hated it. It was time for a change. Having a background in real estate, she got her license and started another company buying, selling and flipping homes.
​
Having experience in real estate, she understood its cyclical nature and wanted to diversify her experience and income outside of real estate which lead her to meeting Michael in 2015.

Michael Haddad
From the beginning he was after the dream.
Born and raised in Syria, Michael moved to America at the age of 10 with his family to pursue a better life.
As a college athlete perusing a career in electrical engineering he was on the path to climbing the corporate ladder to success and doing everything by the book.
​
As his journey in college developed he found himself questioning if he made the right choice in career but most importantly, he was questioning the quality of life his career would give him.
​
At the age of 20, he made a radical choice. Drop out of college, climb the corporate ladder, and start a company outside of his 9-5.
​
This was the choice that changed everything. 4 years later he was an executive in business to business sales. At the age of 25 he stepped out of corporate to build his company full time.
​
Looking back, the day he decided to take a bet on himself at the age of 20 was the one choice that lead to the life he has today.

Hi, we are the Haddad's & we are passionate about living a super healthy, happy, optimal life. A life we are totally head over heels infatuated with...I know romantic right?
Seriously, this is our calling. Living a life by our design & help the inspired step into action.
For us, there is nothing more valuable than time and choice. We work with people who share the same ambition and vision for life. Over the last decade we have traveled the country working with countless people in their entrepreneurial journey towards optimizing their life by leveraging the most powerful tool in the world: business ownership.

We speak about entrepreneurship around the country and have helped countless people start businesses but our biggest mission is helping people realize their full potential & take control of their time.

Time design is a really big deal to us. It is the one thing we cannot get back so it is our calling to help people maximize it. For us, we know the way we create income had a lot to do with time and the demands on it. Business ownership allowed us to design our day and time around the MVP's in our life such as our marriage, family and health not to mention just the dynamic flexibility it offer's.
Re-focusing on living more life is a work in progress. The more you realize your personal potential, the more potential you realize you have to build an incredible life.
